Almita did an excellent job leaving the apartment sparkling clean, I have my highest possible recommendation to her. She helped us with our move out clean and paid attention to all the details. Our bathrooms, kitchen, and windows need the most cleaning. She cleaned in and out the cabinets, stove, fridge, light fixtures, ceiling fans, blinds stains, curtains, baseboards, window seals, etc. Note a lots of these were not required but she went above and beyond. Per our requests, she also took before and after photos for us, and one thing I love about her is the communications and quick responses we had during the cleaning. When she had questions, those were directly to us right away so things could be done the way we wanted and there's no guessing or gray zone.
Second part of the review is for the excellent customer support, easy-to-navigate online booking system, and wonderful overall experience. It was seamless to book the service online, reschedule the date, choose who to help with, leave extra note, and make payment and tips online. I had to use all these functions and everything is there and very easy to find. The owner also did an amazing job protect his clients and employees. It was during the coronavirus outbreak and to make sure nobody will get sick, he specifically told us none of the team member has flu-like symptoms or tested positive for covid-19, and also asked us if we are the same. I greatly appreciate his thoughtfulness since it gave us the peace of mind knowing everyone is safe and healthy and that he cares.

Almita did an excellent job on our condo. As the owner of Dusty Maids, it's only logical to use our own providers to clean our properties. I can honestly say we practice what we preach. We are constantly hiring our own cleaners to go to our properties to check, test and evaluate their skillset. Almita passed with flying colors and is simply an amazing cleaner, not to sound biased or anything. But I can honestly recommend her for your cleaning jobs.

This company performed AWESOME service on my home! They were able to service my needs immediately and even though it was my 1st time utilizing their services I felt comfortable enough to leave them alone and go run errands! Almita came in and started work RIGHT AWAY! SHE IS THE BEST....but most of all she was professional, non judgmental, respectful and FAST! It was my birthday and I was having a hard time getting organized, but she got me right together! I am telling all my friends, coworkers about this company because they are truly AWESOME.

She did a great job the house smelt and looks wonderful. The only thing I wish she would have cleaned with the fan blades.
